Mild Steel (MS) Blocks are solid blocks manufactured from low-carbon steel and are widely used for machining, fabrication, structural support and general engineering applications. Mild steel generally contains a relatively low carbon content, commonly around 0.05% to 0.25%, which gives the material a useful combination of strength, ductility, machinability and weldability.
MS Blocks can be supplied in different dimensions, thicknesses and grades according to application and customer requirements. They can be cut, drilled, milled, welded and machined into components such as bases, fixtures, brackets, supports, machine parts and other fabricated or precision-engineered components.
